Capacity
We take great delight in offering small class sizes of only six children. This ensures that your child receives personalized attention and allows us to tailor their instruction to meet their unique needs.

We welcome children aged 3 years and older who are fully potty trained, up to 5 years of age.

Hours
We have a morning and afternoon preschool class!
Our morning class begins at 8:30 and ends at 11:30.
Afternoon begins at 12:30 and ends at 11:30.
Both classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Tuition &
Fees
$245/month ($33/day)
Upon registration and acceptance, there is a registration deposit of $60. I will use this as a snack and supply fee.
Policies
Age Guidelines
Children must be at least 3 by September 1st 2023. Children who are 5 turning 6 should be 5 for the majority of the school year. Exceptions to the age policy may be made on a case-by-case basis, according to what fits best for The Cottage and the current children attending.
Diapering and Bathroom
All children attending The Cottage Preschool must be potty trained and mostly independent in the bathroom before enrolling.
Allergies
As a home-based pre-school common this is NOT an Allergy-Free Facility. Snacks provided may include, or come in contact with, or be prepared on surfaces, that are exposed to common allergens, including: wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. We are currently unable to accommodate any severe allergies or dietary restrictions to the following foods in our early childhood program: Wheat, Gluten, Dairy, Eggs We are open to accommodating minor allergies or dietary restrictions on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure that any concerns regarding dietary restrictions are listed in your final application If an accommodation is made for allergies, an additional fee may apply to cover the cost of necessary items and additional time it may take to accommodate.
Sickness Policy
To attend The Cottage, your child must meet the following criteria: Be fever-free for 24 hours Be free of any vomiting for 24 hours If your child is experiencing any symptoms such as a runny nose, cough, or sneezing, please notify us to discuss the severity and determine if they are well enough to attend the program on that day. Please use your own discretion, while being considerate of limiting the spread of germs to our household and the other children in the class.
Inclement Weather Closure
Caroline's Cottage will refer to the Murray School District for guidelines on closure due to inclement weather, but ultimately, we will make our own decision on inclement weather closures. Snow and weather closures are non-refundable and will not incur a tuition credit.
Closures
In the event of sickness or emergency within the family or staff at Caroline's Cottage, we will reserve the right to take up to 4 “sick day” closures with no reimbursement. Any additional closures will incur a daily tuition credit rate of $32 per day, credited to your Brightwheel account.
